Bobby Sahni is a veteran and thought- leader in the multicultural marketing and advertising industry. Bobby was the Head of Multicultural Marketing at Rogers Communications for many years and has been a pioneer in developing, executing and managing diversity and multicultural marketing initiatives for organizations including Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation, ICICI Bank and the Toronto Star. He is now Co-founder and Partner at Ethnicity - a multicultural marketing & advertising agency dedicated to helping companies drive new growth and sales by engaging North America’s ethnic and new immigrant communities. Clients at Ethnicity range from Del Monte, Entertainment One, Scotiabank, Kruger Products, Pepsico, Direct Energy, Golf Canada, Osler Foundation and Honda to name a few.
Bobby has earned national and international recognition for his work including multiple marketing awards in Canada and the United States. Bobby also loves teaching, having guest-lectured at many universities and regularly speaks at industry events and conferences across North America. Bobby earned his joint MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Schulich School of Business at York University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University ofWaterloo.
Bobby sits on the advisory board for Imagine Canada, Seva Food Bank and Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. He was previously on the Board of Directors for the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, Reel Asian Film Festival and Punjabi International Film Festival.
