Imagine Canada is committed to providing excellent service. We recognize that on occasion there may be concerns about our programs and services. We value your input and would encourage you to take the time to provide feedback. In order to ensure that complaints are dealt with in a timely and fair manner we have implemented a Complaints Policy and Procedure.
