Showcase your organization in Imagine Canada supplements!
Five years ago Imagine Canada began a media partnership with Maclean’s magazine to build awareness and understanding of the value of Canada’s charitable and nonprofit organizations, corporate citizenship and philanthropy. In 2010, L’actualité, Canada’s major French-language public affairs magazine joined this partnership. Annually, Imagine Canada produces three supplements in Maclean’s and one in L’actualité extending an annual cumulative reach of over 5 million readers. This partnership includes editorial and advertising support.
Supplement Themes
The overarching focus of our supplements is on community impact but we delve a little deeper into three specific themes throughout the year. The first Maclean’s supplement of the year is on corporate citizenship in Canada, growing business community involvement, and serves as a showcase for our Caring Company members. The second Maclean’s supplement is about sector transparency and accountability with a focus on donor trust and features Imagine Canada’s Ethical Code Program and its participants. The third Maclean’s supplement and L’actualité’s French language supplement highlight individual giving. We profile the relationships everyday Canadians have with charities and nonprofits through inspirational stories as well as including a call-to-action to motivate giving.
