Imagine Canada is looking for Volunteer Peer Reviewers for the Standards Program.
The peer review assessment is an essentional element of the Standards Program, contributing to the rigour and credibility of the accreditation process, and supporting organizations in strengthening their organizational practices through a common set of national standards.
Reporting to the Standards Council, the peer reviewers examine and render decisions on applications for accreditation.
Become a peer reviewer and give back to the nonprofit sector while expanding your areas of expertise and knowledge, as well as learning from your peers from across the country.
In order to broaden our pool of reviewers, at this time we are particularly seeking reviewers that meet the following criteria:
- currently volunteering or working for an accredited organization
- finance or volunteer involvement experience, and
- experience working or volunteering with small charitable and/or nonprofit organization
Applications can be submitted at any time; incoming applications will be reviewed regularly. Applications submitted by June 9, 2017 will be reviewed and selections made soon.
